House hunting

We have been looking for a house since the month after we arrived here. We are currently renting a very nice home and wish we could just buy this b/c we are just so sick of moving!! We have moved 6 times in the last 7 years!! Unfortunately the landlord just wants way more than we can afford for this house. I personally think our realtor is starting to loose hope we will actually ever be serious about any house. We have looked until I swear all the houses just seem to run together.

Nope nothing yet...please tell me our dream house or at least one that will suit our needs is sitting out there waiting for us.

Erin

Erin cherishes holding the position of the baby in our family at 4 years old. She just started preschool this year. Her teacher tells me she is very well behaved and she loves going. Christian and I are still on the fence about whether to put her in Kindegarten this year or another year of preschool. We are waiting to hear what her teacher thinks at the end of the year. Right now I am leaning towards another year of preschool...and I know what you are thinking it is not just so I can have a kid home with me one more year!

Regan

Our middle child Regan is 8 this year. She has what I would describe as a contagiously happy spirit! She has a smile for everyone and is at that age where she is very honest and some of the things that come out of her mouth can't help but crack you up! She started 2nd grade this year and is doing well. She just finished participating in her first Science fair. Also she joined the jump rope team and is enjoying every minute of it!

Jordan

So our oldest is going to be turning SIXTEEN this summer. Yikes! That is scary! He will be taking driver's education this summer as well. He is really looking forward to it. Jordan is such a good kid. He is very active in the school band and as I type this playing for one of his high school basketball games. His band is getting ready for a trip over spring break to Disneyland! I am so happy he gets to have this experience! The band will be getting some one on one sessions with the Disney orchestra. The very orchestra that plays for all the disney animation movies like Lion King and such!

Moving to Washington

With my husband Christian being in the military we have gotten the chance to live in a couple different areas of the country and experience new things. Our first home was in Sedalia Missouri. We then moved to Dayton Ohio for 2 1/2 years. Our last home for 3 years was Anchorage Alaska. We now live right outside Tacoma Washington. We just arrived here in September and feel like we are still trying to adjust to the new area. So far it seems like a very nice place to live. After going through some serious shopper's withdrawl in Alaska this area is almost too much to take in! We got here right as the rainy season started to set in but if this week is anything like what the summer will be like me likey! It has been wonderful tshirt weather and sunny but nice refreshing breeze every now and then. Of course the ground is still saturated from all the rain this winter but anxious to see what spring and summer is like in the North West!
