Erin's 2nd birthday we had at the park with friends. Here is the totally awesome sand cake I made served in the sand pails. (it was yellow cake layered with vanilla pudding and vanilla sandwich cookies crumbled on top, don't you just love the chocolate rocks I found to put on top too?) The only problem is all the two year olds didn't understand that if they could eat the chocolate rocks why not the other ones on the ground?
