Here are some shots of my backyard. I would like to plant some kind of flowers or something on the area above the retaining wall. Maybe something that would flow down the front. Any suggestions? Keep in mind it needs to do well in the North West.

I am telling you....Washington is famous for rhododrendons...i would suggest three., lined up there with two azelias....then some creeping phlox ofer the rocks. Washington stat has some of the prettiest rhododrendons and azelias in the world. but one or two hydrangeas might make a colorful picture too
I have my tupips blooming now, yellow ones by the street..and red ones on south side of house
